So tasty and delicious, we made some pasta with Alfredo sauce and the meatballs just finished it perfectly. We took a chance and wow.

Really solid oysters from SeaLux. The flavor is clean and oceanic with a pleasant brine and a slightly sweet finish. They arrived well-packed with ice and in excellent condition. Not quite as large as some premium oyster varieties I've tried, but the flavor is there and SeaLux handles them with obvious care. A dependable shellfish choice.

What an experience. SeaLux's oysters arrived in perfect condition ,tightly closed, heavy with liquid, and smelling purely of the ocean. Every single one opened cleanly and the meat inside was plump, glistening, and absolutely delicious. Served them three ways ,raw, grilled with cheese and herbs, and in a shooter ,every preparation was a triumph.

First time ordering grouper from SeaLux and I won't be the last. The portions are generous and the quality is outstanding ,white, firm, and with that lovely mild sweetness unique to grouper. Grilled over charcoal with fresh herbs and it was the highlight of our backyard dinner party. Everyone asked for the source!
